Nicholas Roth Memorial lecture given by the Chief Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sachs – December 2006 – in aid of SURF
The lecture, entitled: “Human rights – whose responsibility?” was an inspiring night led by the Chief Rabbi attended by several members of the community, including Mary Blewitt, the Director and Founder of SURF. The lecture was free to attend but donations from the night topped £5000 which went far beyond our expectations.
